He supports individuals and organizations navigating complex cross-border, workforce, and mobility-related matters through structured analysis, strategic planning, and long-term vision.
Mr. Santos is a graduate of the Immigration Law Specialist Program at The University of Texas at Austin, with specialized training in employment-based immigration, and has developed deep technical expertise in PERM (Program Electronic Review Management) labor certification processes before the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).
With a background in finance and international business, he has led consulting engagements involving employer-sponsored immigration strategies, market expansion, investment structuring, and long-term planning. He is also an attorney admitted to practice law in Colombia, providing valuable insight into Colombian legal and regulatory frameworks for cross-border matters. Immigration-related legal services in the United States are provided exclusively by independent licensed attorneys through coordination agreements when required.

Luisa Vasquez is a Co-Founding Partner of GBC – Global Business Consultants, LLC, an attorney admitted to practice law in Colombia, and a Consulting Specialist with a strong and recognized focus on academic pathways and high-impact profile analysis. She plays a central role in preparing and strategically positioning student-based and academic-related immigration applications.
Ms. Vasquez has extensive experience supporting academic visa applications and change-of-status strategies, working closely with DHS-authorized academic institutions that are permitted to enroll international students through the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP). Her expertise includes evaluating academic eligibility, aligning educational programs with immigration objectives, analyzing intent and timing considerations, and preparing documentation strategies that support compliance and long-term planning.

Santiago Moyano is an Associated Consultant of GBC – Global Business Consultants, LLC and a professional in International Business Administration, with a strong focus on public relations, strategic analysis, and commercial positioning. Catalina Ariza is an Associated Consultant of GBC – Global Business Consultants, LLC and an attorney admitted to practice law in Colombia, with experience in Colombian immigration legislation and consular matters. Her background includes service in diplomatic roles within the Consulate of Colombia in Orlando, where she was involved in migration-related processes, documentation matters, and regulatory compliance under Colombian law.
Ms. Ariza provides technical and documentation support for academic-based applications, working closely with DHS-authorized academic institutions and within GBC’s consulting framework. Her work includes case organization, eligibility support, and procedural coordination for student-related and academic pathways.
